Gol

Gol in Hallingdal is located in Eastern Norway, midway between Oslo and Bergen.

Gol and Golsfjellet is a well-attended place for tourists that want to have an active summer holiday. The area offers great places to do cycling and mountain biking, fishing, hiking and horseback riding. The area also has two rivers, Hallingdalselva and Hallingstampen, where it´s possible to go for a swim,

In the winter, Golsfjellet turns into a snowy paradise. From early November until late spring, Gol´s three alpine centres offer slopes of all difficulties, terrain parks and children’s areas. The area is also a great place to go cross-country skiing, where there are kilometers upon kilometers of prepared tracks to enjoy.
