Stage 1: Jondal (Hardanger) - Hovden (Setesdal), 206 km
Stage 1 takes the riders from Jondal (0 MASL) to the finish in Hovden (800 MASL). From Jondal, the riders pass the Hardangerfjord and famous cider farms along the way. The peloton rides through Odda before the climbing begins on the road towards Røldal. New challenges await in Røldal, when the riders make their way to Haukeli, before turning in the direction against the finish line in Hovden.
With 206,7 km. this is the longest stage in this year’s Tour of Norway and is one of the longest stages in the history of the race.
