“The combination of fjords and mountains, rural villages and cities, top-level competition, and enthusiastic spectators creating a festival atmosphere makes it a unique race that we always look forward to broadcasting.”
TV 2’s continued partnership with Tour of Norway reflects its ongoing commitment to Norwegian sports. Ingrid Marie Zeiner, Head of Sports Rights at TV 2, shares why the Tour of Norway is important for the channel:
– Tour of Norway has been a key cycling race for TV 2 for many years. The combination of fjords and mountains, rural villages and cities, top-level competition, and enthusiastic spectators creating a festival atmosphere makes it a unique race that we always look forward to broadcasting. It is especially exciting that women will also be competing this year for the first time. This year’s route is varied and challenging, and it will be thrilling to follow the duels between Norwegian and international cycling stars. We are looking forward to Tour of Norway 2025, hopefully filled with excitement over several hundred kilometers of spectacular scenery!
